Alpha Jack

First thing I noticed is that the head has a dark outline while the rest of him is kinda light.

You should balance it out by using darker values on the underparts and lighter on top. Like I did here:

It pops out a little more.

Thank you very much for the critique but i kinda cant find the difference, can u point it out a lil bit more? maybe with a zoom. I can see the belt shine, that i noticed :)

Don't look at the head. Look at the blue stuff. It is shaded under the armor. The belt has a brighter highlight. The gloves and shoes have a darker outline. That's about all I can see for now, but he is right. It's difficult to know where and how much shading and contrast to put everything. My advice is just to practice. It just takes time. It's nice seeing people getting into this template, though.

You can't really see the difference with the hair but you should on the armor.

Edit: I think the blue clothing could use some work, but I'm not really sure what since your shading from the side.  Maybe narrowing the 4 colors of blue to 3 would make it look more crisp.

I don't know what you mean by add colors.
But going across his shirt theres like 4 different blues. When you have too many set up like that is starts looking like a gradient. Use the lightest blue there as a highlight, one blue as the mid color and a darker blue for the shadow.

Yeah, what i mean is that adding 1 color to my pallette to make a darker tone, what i really think youre right is that my hair needs a lighter color on the top, that is completely true!
About the shadows in the metals, i think i like it better the way i use it. not too much contrast

Thank you so much for the advice :)
