That isn't exactly constructive...

The hair is pillow shaded. This is a no-no, as the sunlight is coming from his/her (I'm assuming it's a him) top left. Shade it that way.

The armor itself has no shading, none that I can see without zooming in.

I think this is a good basis, as long as you shade the hair and armor effectively (and give them the right to cover their genitalia) I think this will look good.

A good first try.

EDIT: Nice to see you're from NZ, it's the best place to be. I come from there originally.

id like to see a bit more contrast in the armor to make stand out more. Maybe darken those edges and seperations up a bit.
