Aeons Level Up

I'm using Commont Event to use Aeon like FFX battle system..here's my Event
If i use Summon Ifrit:
1.Change Party Member:remove [Leona]
2.Change Party Member:Add [Iffrit]
-conditional branch:if [Ifrit] is [Incapacitated] inflicted
1.Change Party Member:[Ifrit] remove
2.Change Party Member:[Leona]: Add

for the question i don't know how to raise Ifrit's level and how to change Ifrit into Leona again after battle

Is there no "Change Level" command in RMVX? If Ifrit is a character only used in summons, you could also modify the default level in the database, no?
