Acquiring skill after certain event?

Not sure if this requires a script, so I'll place this here.

Say I have my party defeat a monster, and I want to make it so that, upon being defeated, that monster or one of its attacks can be used as a skill by my characters. That skill can be learned only by a certain class after the battle is won, instead of learning it through level up.

Could anybody try to teach me how to do that? Thanks in advance.
 
If you are using map events to start battle, just add the commands to add the skill after the "Battle Processing" command. If the party loses, it will never get to that command.

Use the "Change Skills" command on page 3 of the event commands
