ABSv3 Troubles

ok, i replaced my old abs with ABS v3 (from the downloads section) and it comes up with this error message:

anyone know whats wrong??

here's the faulty line:

self.contents.font.size = $defaultfontsize

Just delete that line if you're using the legal version, it isn't necessary in the legal version.
