Well, I'm not best at Victory BGM's myself though people tend to like that "fanfare" kind of jolt right at the beginning of the theme. It starts a bit cloudy to actually give you that sense of victory. Good try though.

I agree with Shizu, it doesn't give off that victory feeling to me. It reminds me more of a horse chasing scene.
