a script that inflicts a state when defending

hi i wanted to make the chars learn skills from enemies when defending. no other script does this

so i thought with some events this be done .

so what i want is that when a char is defending there is a certain chance to inflict a certain state.

the rest will be done throught events .
 
you could make a battle event that has the condition if "hero" uses the "guard command.
or use the individual battle commands script, with that one you can make it so that the "guard" command inflicts the "guarding" (or whatever) state.
 
"if hero use guard" condition? is that possible ?

and i can't get the  individual battle commands it says 404 error when i try to download.

and both methods mean that you get the skill just by guarding once but it must be random
