A little help on Mr.Mo's SBABS

If you have the SBABS made by Mr.Mo, can you help me out a little? I am having trouble making new weapons. And I cannot fire the bow. As for the weapons, I go into the melee customization area, create a new weapon and give it the correct ID and everything. But when I equip it in-game it doesn't do anything. I was just wondering if I had to change something later on... Thanks for the help in advanced!

did you press s to try and attack? also you need to have atarget to attaack. meanining there must be an enemy touching you to attack with a melee weapon or enemy in sight with a ranged weapon

Yes, I did press S to attack and against a monster that I know is able to be hit. I know this because I can use the bronze sword (which is the weapon set up in the demo of the script) against him.
