A sentence, which I will open with, you can change (including add or remove) up to 5 consonants (as in, not vowels) per turn.
To make things interesting, a loophole: if you use all 5 changes to add or remove (not mix and match, as in, add five letters, or remove five letters) you may change one vowel.
