360 Dashboard is getting an upgrade! The Mii's are being ripped off!

Wow. I was watching E3 all day, and will be all week.  And hot damn!
It turns out sometime this fall, a REMADE Xbox360 dashboard, with an "Avatar" system will be released as an update.
These "Avatars" look almost exactly like Miis to me, with the exception of extra clothes! =D
From the looks of it, they are also haveing a lot of games made to be functional with these "Avatars" as well.

Like, the facial features. Regardless of looks, it's still a total, blatant ripoff. =D

Also, to be honest, I didn't like what I saw of the new dashboard, I've grown to love what's here already.
And on that note, I wonder what's gonna happen to all the Themes and Gamer Pics players purchased?

i think they could have been a bit more polished, but i like the general concept of being able to put your own character in party games and whatnot.

the only reason these things are comparable to Mii's are the avatar application of them. that's it. the facial features of Mii's are mostly just really simple circles, lines, half circles, and whatnot. not to mention the bodies of the Mii's just armless cylinders as compared to an actual human shape. the M$ avatars remind me more of the way the sims looks in the urbz.
