16x16 sprite?

whats the best way to use graphics made for 16x16 tiles work while retaining "good looking" in rmxps 32x32 grids?

How do you mean?

Most people just use a straight resize - 2x - because it gives their maps an SNES-y feel.

But...how *do* you mean?

I just meant the best way to align the 16x16 without having to enlarge it by 2x cause then it gets all pixilated. I'm using the tyke template so 16x16 sized objects just fit the sprite better. I think thats how I mean.
