Fantasy Zone: The Dark Tide

Story
*A couple on a romantic trip off the
coast of england...
Running out of fuel on their speedbaot,
both of them came to a small island.
The island looked quite old, the rocky shore
was old and warn...
On their map, the island did not show up,
but they knew they had to dock their boat...
The water looked really dirty and crusty,
and afew dead fish where floating on the top...
Both of them parked the boat on the small
dock and got out.
They could then see a small path leading
on to a building in the distance.......
Little did they know, this was the start
of something they both where not expecting...
and it came not from the island itself, but something much darker.

Notes
*The game is about 20 or so mins long (will take you about 40 i think, as I knew where i was going ), when u get to the village, you can't get back out, as this is the end of the demo, but u can go round and chat to people.

Is this finished? There's a twelve year age difference? I like the idea of having a game set in the real world. So I applaud you for that. Some of those graphics are weird looking, but looks interesting none the less.

Your story sounds pretty interesting, and I like the screenshot with the submarine.  Is it part of VX's RTP?  It looks nice.

Perhaps the couple was inspired by Mariah/Nick or Demi/Ashton, that seems to be really in these days, hehe

This looks good...but you might want to know that there was an old NES game called Fantasy Zone that was a really weird, fruity looking side-scrolling shooter lol.  I dunno if that would bug you or not, just letting you know.

I'll play the demo if I can download it with my crappy internet.

I really liked the story, and the mapping so far. The enemies were fun to fight and I enjoyed the three playable characters. I love how you set it in modern time and the story description was very mysterious. Good luck with your game in the future.
