What is your hobby?

I play games, like most peeps here probably do.
A lot of my spare time is spent studying foreign language. At one point I was fairly proficient in Spanish, even having earned my certification on the National Spanish Exam. Sort of lost my edge after high school though; now I'm making more of an effort to learn Japanese and German. It's slow going, but I'm making headway. Someday I'll delve into Russian as well, but I'm burned out on new characters after Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji.
Sometimes I write down poetry as well. Apparently my mind processes things into cheesy verses. Sometimes they have a nice ring to them.

My interest in development has been very on/off over the last few years and so my projects, which probably should've been finished by now, languish in development hell whilst the gaming world continues on around them. Equally obviously I play videogames else I wouldn't be interested in making them. I'm currently playing a LOT of Fallout 4, and most of my gaming is probably spent on either RPGs or the Football Manager series. I used to heavily prefer traditional JRPGs over western RPGs, but that's changed recently and I now find myself preferring western RPGs. I also used to be a fairly high-level Starcraft 2 player, by which I mean I was capable of nicking games off professional players without ever being notable myself or reaching that level on a consistent basis, but I disliked the direction that Blizzard took multiplayer in the latest expansion and so I quit playing. I was also kinda advised to stop playing by my doctor because I was developing signs of RSI in my wrists...
... which is ironic because my other main hobby is playing football, and I play as a goalkeeper. Having bad wrists whilst being a goalkeeper ain't exactly great, as you can imagine, and it was actually increased pain whilst playing football that made me realise something was wrong with my wrists in the first place. Thankfully they've healed a lot now and I'm playing without being in so much pain afterwards, so that's definitely a good thing. It's just a shame I don't play for an organised team at the moment; I definitely miss playing league games!

The obvious is gaming - making and playing. Tabletop included!
Other things are writing and drawing. I like wearing costumes. I enjoy the company of friends. Occasionally I like watching TV shows & anime (when I'm not playing games). I enjoy reading - favorite genres are fantasy or quirky contemp. Usually YA (young adult); probably due to that's what I write.

I play games, watch anime & youtube, occasionally read manga, occasionally actually work on a game, bike ride some mornings, and recently I've messed with making some videos. I haven't made anything worth anything yet, but I want to record gameplay and spam my opinion about games on yt.
I also write, and by write I mean, form an idea in my head, go down an entire rabbit hole of awesome things that could happen, get huge plot ideas and then never actually write them down. The worst part is that I still remember all the good ideas. Currently I've got 3 games, one with an animated prequel, 1 comic, and some video ideas that I can recall pretty well.

My hobbies include writing, reading, studying, sleeping, eating, and playing video games. I love to play RPGs (obviously) like those in the Final Fantasy series and I admit, in my heart there is a profound love for The Sims 2 and 3. I also enjoy playing Action-Adventure, Shooters and Horror, like Grand Theft Auto, Call of Duty and Resident Evil. Writing is a passion of mine that allows me to create worlds and timelines, which is turn helps me roleplay like I'm living an RPG. Reading is a given, and sleeping and eating are not only hobbies but are a necessity which I require in excess.
