To be honest I think most of the people that remain are from either .Net or early days of .Org.

MegaFlare still comes to the Discord.

Discord is where it's at nowadays for RPG Maker. Forums are dead. The official forums may seem busy but nobody replies.

i was technically around during .net but i dont think i ever posted

but yeah this place isn't super active, mainly because discussions these days are a bit more engaging via something like discord id imagine

forums are handy dandy for making project threads and other longer-form content, but for general discussion i feel like IRC or equivalents are more engaging

Thinking about it the forums started declining the more active the IRC channel got, and Discord is the successor of that, so.

Me! I didn't come from anywhere else. But I don't use RPG Maker, go figure.

What's .net? Was I here then? I think I showed up right after the site died.

It was Rmxp.net then everyone migrated to rmxp.org which then became hbgames.org.
I was a member but wasn't really active in those days. It's soul crushing thinking of all the stuff that was lost over the years due to software and server changes.

Of course I still have all my old stuff and I don't think any of it is any good today. But it's the community spirit I miss. Like Christmas. But all the time.

I was here, back in 2008. Mostly to stalk dargor for his big party script, lel. Things sure have changed since then.

*Raise hand*
I think I started hang around here 2006 - 2007.
When I used rmxp. (Good old times.)
Most of the time I was just doing resource requests to get better at pixelart.
I still come here once in a while to check what people are up to :)

I cannot believe this thread is a year old, I literally thought Fate cameback yesterday to say hello.
